The Well Church is served by a team of people who love Jesus, love people and help make church life happen. Some carry pastoral or eldership responsibilities, while others coordinate specific areas of church life, but we serve together as one church family.
Our Serving Team
Harry
Harry serves as Minister of The Well Church and has been involved in pastoral ministry since 2011. He was ordained in 2021 and is passionate about helping people encounter Jesus, engage seriously with the Bible and live a Spirit-filled faith in the realities of everyday life.
Harry holds an undergraduate degree in Applied Theology from the University of Chester, studied through Regents Theological College, and is currently in the final year of a Master’s degree in Applied Theology.
Minister
Mark
Mark serves as an elder and Finance Officer at The Well, helping to care for the church family while also overseeing our finances and supporting good stewardship of the resources God has entrusted to us. He brings a thoughtful and steady approach to the wider serving team.
Elder
Graham serves as an elder at The Well, providing pastoral oversight and supporting the good governance and organisation of church life. He brings wisdom, experience and encouragement as we seek God together and discern the way forward.

Hannah serves as our Next Gen Coordinator, supporting and developing ministry with children, young people, and families at The Well. She is passionate about helping the next generation know Jesus, grow in faith and find their place in the life of the church.

Alison
Alison serves as our Pastoral Care Coordinator and Youth Church Leader. She coordinates pastoral support across the church, ensuring people connect with the right care and support when they need it. She also leads our Youth Church with Jade, helping young people grow in faith, build strong relationships and find their place in the life of the church.

Becky
Becky serves our Kids Church, helping create a fun, welcoming, faith-filled environment where children can learn about Jesus, ask questions, and grow in their relationship with God. She also equips and supports the wider Kids Church team as they serve our children each week.
