Thank you for signing up for Gen Fest. We are very much looking forward to welcoming you and your family this coming Monday, 18 August, for a joyful and memorable week of worship, community, and fun. To help everything run smoothly, please take a few minutes to read the necessary details below

Under-18 Registration & Consent (Required)

To keep children and young people safe and to comply with safeguarding, all under-18s must have a completed Registration & Consent form.

  • When to complete:

    • Monday evening, or

    • At the first age-specific sessions on Tuesday.

  • Who signs: A parent or guardian must complete and sign the form.

Catering and Allergy Information

If you have purchased a catering ticket (covering breakfast and dinner from Monday evening to Friday morning) or plan to attend the Monday evening barbecue (included for everyone), please complete the Allergy & Dietary Requirements Form so we can cater safely and appropriately.
We cannot guarantee catering for anyone who has not completed the required form.

Catering & food

  • Everyone is invited to the Monday evening barbecue — no food needed for that.

  • If you have a catering ticket, please bring your own plate, bowl, cup, cutlery, and tea towel (washing-up facilities available).

  • Lunches are not provided — bring your own or shop locally.

  • If self-catering: only gas or electric cooking equipment is permitted, and it must be raised off the ground (no disposable barbecues or open fires).

  • Day visitors: Fridge space is available for packed lunches. Please use sealed, clearly labelled containers/bags.

What to Bring

If you have a catering ticket, please bring your own plate, bowl, cup, cutlery, and tea towel (washing-up facilities available).

Camping essentials

  • Tent or campervan setup

  • Sleeping bags and ground mats

  • Torch or headlamp for evenings

  • Camping chairs

  • Waterproofs and warm layers; sun cream and an umbrella (it is England!)

Other useful items

  • Bible, notebook, and pen

  • Labelled water bottles, hats, and sun cream for children

  • Card for the tuck shop and café (cash not accepted)

  • Water guns for mid-week water games

Arrivals & Check-In (from 10:00am, Monday 18 August)

Please enter through the main gate on Corneal Road, where our welcome team will direct you to the Welcome Desk.

At check-in, you will:

  • Give the full name used when booking

  • Collect a wristband for each attendee (must be worn at all times)

  • Be directed to your camping area or parking spot

  • (If applicable) complete Under-18 Registration & Consent forms (see above)

Parking

  • General parking is available on site; our team will guide you.

  • Campervans must be in place by 5:00pm on Monday and remain stationary throughout the week.

Camping

  • You will be guided to your camping area by the team.

  • If you booked an electric hookup, bring a 10–15m hookup cable to connect to power.

Once you are set up, feel free to visit local shops to stock up or enjoy a walk around the site. The first official event is our welcome barbecue on Monday evening.
